THE PLAINVIEW Lions Club's annual pancake supper, featuring all-you-can-eat pancakes plus sausage, bacon, milk and orange juice, will be held from 5-8 p.m. Jan. 27 in the PHS cafeteria. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children, available from club members or at the door.

WAYLAND GRADUATES and exes and their families are invited to the annual chili and soup supper at the Trinity Building, Ninth and Utica from 5-7 p.m. Thursday January 19th and receive free admission to the Wayland-John Brown doubleheader that starts at 6 p.m. in The Hutcherson Center. THE WAYLAND Association of Former Students is selling tickets for a drawing for a regulation Wayland football helmet. Tickets are $1 each. Proceeds benefit booster activities for Wayland athletics.  Tickets can be purchased at home basketball and baseball games, at the advancement office at Ninth and Utica.
